Pay once for the finished ad. The storyboard is free.
A set price for each format and finished length and shown on your storyboard (the shot-by-shot plan with a picture for most shots) before you approve anything. That is the whole of AI commercial pricing here: no subscription and no watermark. A commercial is paid once, in dollars; only extras past what it includes (more reshoots, dubbing) use credits. Prices are in US dollars.

Approve the storyboard and pay once at a Stripe checkout, or use commercial time already in your balance. Nothing that costs money is made before that.
Each format is sold from its base length in whole steps up to its longest; a 30-second commercial runs 0:30 to 1:00 in steps of 15 seconds. A cut you edit longer after approval is billed for the difference, with the price shown before it renders.
If the commercial cannot be made, the time goes back to your commercial balance, good for 365 days. You can also cancel before the first shot starts; once shots are being made, the commercial is yours to finish.
Reshoots past the included ones, and dubbing the finished ad into another language, are paid in credits. The page shows the price before anything runs.
A commercial needs no subscription or plan. You need an account with a confirmed email. Prices are in US dollars, before any taxes.
For agencies
Each commercial is priced the same for everyone, at a set price for each format and finished length. Agency accounts add client workspaces, white-label share pages and your own domain; those come with a paid plan, whose price is on the Billing page once you sign in. The API is open to every account, and commercials themselves cost the same for everyone. Email support@customcommercials.ai and we will set yours up, or read how it works for agencies.

Questions
Is the storyboard really free?
Yes. The storyboard, its preview stills (pictures of what most shots will look like) and a set number of rewrites cost nothing, and nothing that costs money is made until you approve it. You see the exact price for the finished length before you approve.
How is the price worked out?
By the format and the finished length, at the price shown on your storyboard. If you later edit it into a longer cut, the difference is billed before it renders.
What if a shot doesn't come out right?
Reshoot it, which makes the shot again with new words or a new description: change the description or the line your AI spokesperson (a realistic presenter who says your lines on camera) speaks. About 1 reshoot per shot is included; past that, a reshoot shows its price in credits before it runs. Shots that fail are tried again automatically and never counted.
What if the commercial can't be made?
The time you paid for goes back to your commercial balance, ready for your next one. You can also cancel before the first shot starts and get the time back; once shots are being made, the commercial is yours to finish.
Do I need a plan or subscription?
No. Commercials are bought on their own, separate from any plan or credit pack. You need an account with a confirmed email address.
How long does bought time stay valid?
Time you buy stays usable for 365 days. Time left over after one commercial, or returned when one cannot be made, goes toward your next one within that window.
